Rules for Processing Violation Reports (“Hotline Rules”)

Port Alliance guarantees confidentiality for individuals reporting potential or actual violations, and provides protection for both employees and third parties from any form of pressure, retaliation, or discrimination within the company.


The Port Alliance Hotline can be used to report issues related to:

• Personnel management and compliance with the Code of Corporate Ethics 
• Occupational health and industrial safety 
• Anti-corruption measures, theft, and bribery 

• Potential or actual violations of legislation, regulations, and Compliance principles and standards
